returns & exchanges
In general, we do not accept returns other than in extreme cases which are determined by us. IF we decide to exchange for sizing, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and shipping of the new item. We have lost money in past without this policy. If a package or item arrives damaged or defective. We will consider all compensation methods, including replacement. We are trying to be fair to all parties, including ourselves.
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. We do not refund in the case of sizing. Size charts are clearly displayed. Please look them over and compare with items you already own. For the most part, our hoodies are true to size or slightly roomier.
Shipping prices are calculated by USPS. We do not profit from shipping. If you order multiple items, shipping is calculated for one package. We cannot send them separately. So, if you order a stock room item with a special or custom order, your package will not ship until all items are in hand (please allow 5 weeks). If you want a stock room item quickly, order it separately. It should arrive in 2-3 days. You will be emailed a tracking number when it's packaged and ready to go. Thank you!
Special orders are items we do not have in stock. They must be made specifically to your order. Please allow 5 weeks for production and delivery. You will be emailed a tracking number when it's packaged and ready to go.
Custom orders must be made specifically for your order, and extra artwork must be done. Please allow 5 weeks for production and delivery.
